My operating system is compatible but nothing ever comes up on my computer showing that the download is complete. HELP!

I can’t find the owners manual for my sons fisher price kid tough camera. My question is – how do you turn the flash on? there’s not a button designated to it. THANKS in advance 
it was on automatically. somehow my 3 year old has turned it off. there is a lightning bolt on the screen with a red line thru it and the flash isn’t working. just need to know how to turn it back on.

ours is the older version and it does have a slot for a memory card and says in the book they can be bought seperately but doesn’t state which or where you can get them from. i’ve searched the fisher price website for info but no luck
